Samplus Seal Crete when combines with cement then it overcomes the short coming of cement specially its poor adhesion properties & Low flexural strength of concrete.

Free the surface from loose particles & dust & thoroughly wash the surface 1 hour prior before applying Samplus Seal Crete. Surface should only be damp.
Kindly note - No need to add water. Apply two coats one in horizontal direction & second in vertical direction. The gap between two coats should be of 6 hours.

Before applying Samplus Latex SBR throughly clean the surface.
Surface should be free from dust, oil, grease, peeled plaster etc.
Samplus Latex SBR is used in different dosage for different purpose.
For plastering or rendering :- Add water in SBR Latex in the ratio of 7:1 and than dilute in Cement & Sand mix of 1:3 ratio.
For waterproofing Slurry simplex and water, Samplus Latex SBR, OPC Cement in the ratio of 1:1:4.
For bonding agent add water, Samplus Latex SBR, Cement and Silica sand in the ratio of 1:1:4:2

When surface is ready to use then apply directly Samplus Repellent TA021 with brush or spray.
Note: Do not add water in Samplus Repellent TA021.
