Samplus Silver

Single pack polymer modified grey cement based adhesive.

Product Description

Samplus Silver Tile Adhesive provides good adhesive bond strength, non shrinking in nature and no curing is required. It is suitable for indoor ceramic tiles of regular size. Ideal for new construction ceramic flooring. It is easy to apply and can be carried out by an ordinary labor. Just add water and ready to use.

Application Method:

Surafce should be sound and free from paint, oil, dust or curing compound. If the surface is not smooth or uneven then it should be treated with plaster/screed material. Before application of Samplus Tile adhesive the water should be sprinkled all around.

Mixing:

To prepare the material kindly take 5 to 6 littres of clean water into a container . Now gradually mix 20 kg bag of Samplus into it with mixer in slow speed. Do the mixing till the mixture becomes lump free. Adjust the consistence if required.

Note:

Prepared mixture should be consumed within 2 hours. Fixing Application: Apply the adhesive uniformly on the area of desired thickness with notch trowel. Spread adhesive also on the back of tiles and now press the tiles on the surface and press it well.

Colour:

Grey

Coverage :

It depends on the way we use. Approx 35 to 40 sq ft per bag of 20 kg with 6mmx6mm square notch trowel bed of 3 mm.

Samplus Gold

Single pack Tile Adhesive for wall and floor.

Product Description:

Samplus Gold Tile Adhesive provides excellent bonding properties, non shrinking in nature and no curing is required. It is suitable for both indoor as well as outdoor. This is a modified adhesive for fixing ceramic tiles, terracotta and semi vitreous tiles. It provides very low shrinkage which gives longer life to tiles. Suitable for cementitious substrate and masonry brick.

It is a single component cement based polymer It is suitable for both internal and external floor and wall. This is a modified adhesive is for fixing heavy ceramic tiles and natural stones like marble granite etc. It provides very low shrinkage which gives longer life to tiles. Suitable for cementitious substrate and masonry brick. It can be used upto 12 mm bed thickness.

Product Description:

Samplus Diamond Tile Adhesive is a single component white cement based polymer. This highly modified adhesive is used for all types of cereamic, semi - itreous, vitrifies tiles and natural stones. Its white color base is suitable for light color tiles and give a bright look. It is suitable for wet and submerged areas like swimming pool, restaurants , kitchen etc. It is suitable for both internal and external surface It provides very low shrinkage which gives longer life to tiles. Suitable for cementitious substrate and masonry brick. It can be used upto 12 mm bed thickness.

Samplus Epoxy Grout

Product Description

3 Pack epoxy based tile grout for heavy duty application.

Application Method:

Clean the gap between the tiles removes ducts loose particles after this mix part A& part B equally and gradually add part c into the mix, now with rubber trowel fill the gap.

Area of appliaction:

For grouting of ceramic tiles, verified tiles stone joints where a hygienic and sterile condition is expected hospital, kitchen, mall, water bodies etc.

Colour:

Comes in various shades.

Coverage:

Depends on the surface & the gap between the tiles.

Samplus Tile Grout

Product Description

Polymer based unsanded cementitious grout for interior & exterior floor & wall joints. It works as water proofing agent.

Application Method:

Clean the gap between the tiles removes dust loose particles etc. After this Samplus Grout should be applied rubber trowel or any suitable tool.

Area of appliaction:

For grouting ceramic & vitrified tiles,marbles & natural.

Colour:

White and Ivory.
